Update 27-Dec-2006:
It turns out that an international link is down due to earthquake in Taiwan. Undersea cables are broken. Learned it the hard way at the office as global functions are degrading in performance.
Check out TMNet’s announcement. They are having some downtime in Taiwan or somewhere near there..
Yeah…
I hope they are going to fix the submarine cable soon. It’s not an easy task…
