It annoys me quite significantly when big corporations publish emails which does not even exist. Here’s what is displayed in Maxis BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS) website:
And here’s what I got when I tried to email them about a not so urgent problem:
I guess they got too many spam e-mails and decided it’s better to put a bogus e-mail instead.
